We developed our own tools within the EDA cad tools in optimizing the power of the CAD system in overcoming the complexity of todays design technology.

We have more than 20 years experienced team of designers working with different substrate designs for different applications like, SOC, RF, Mixed Signal and MicroSD. We are able to handle any Systems in Package (SiP) Package designs.


Semiconductor and integrated circuit developments continue to proceed at an incredible pace. Today, Integrated Circuits (IC chips) have one thousand times the processing power with low voltage at a smaller footprint/density. These challenges have been accomplished because of our unique expertise and cumulative experienced in Package Design for semiconductors.


Packaging Technologies has been fast emerging into a more smaller and smaller devices. It is a challenged to package designers/Engineers to achieve a low voltage low power with high speed data rate.


We are using EDA leader in package design tools from Cadence Advanced Package designer (APD) and System In Package SIP.

signal_integrity

As the technology goes to higher and higher frequencies and with decreasing size in board size; Signal Integrity is an essential part of the design process especially to this modern world of electronics design.


The demand for fast devices is increasingly rising thus the rising and falling edge of the signal have to maintain when high speed devices are mounted to PCB board. The effects of the PCB layout can be detrimental in signal performance when design rules and constraints is not properly taken care off and SI must be determined upfront during the design stage.


Combining our tools in Allegro PCB SI (SpectraQuest) and Adiva; a well known CAD software tools, will ensure that the PCB design layout will have a better Signal Integrity (SI) performance.


It had been guaranteed that we are able to overcome a known issues in signal degradation, signal ringing, undershoot/overshoot signal performance, glitching effect and crosstalks. This issues mentioned can cause serious effects on logic signal.

customization

Siart's strength is on Skill programming to customize Allegro & APD tools to increase the productivity of the design process. We have been developing various customized program for different customers to reduce the design cycle time. Some of the examples are automatic Package documentation, tandem crosstalk, Automatic length matching. If you would like to customize for your special needs which is not available in our existing skill programs we will be able to work with you one to one to complete the task.
